There are a few things that can cause a delay. 

• If you don't see your downloads on the website or in your e-mail, check your SPAM/TRASH folder inside of your email. There's a good chance it's in there.

• Make sure your payment is not on hold with Paypal. 

• There's a glitch in the Matrix and your email wasn't sent. This is rare but it can happen. If the link is not in your e-mail SPAM folder and your payment is not on hold, let us know.
  

• If you paid with Paypal, they sometimes do not process transactions immediately. Please look at your Paypal account to see if this is the case. If so, you will need to wait until they have cleared the payment before you can download the templates. 

• If your payment did process, but you're still unable to download the templates, please contact us so we can help.
  

• All of our templates are 1920x1080 pixels. This is a ratio of 16:9 and is the standard ratio for landscape (sideways) screens. If you stream in 720, StreamYard will automatically resize this to fit your resolution. 

These templates are built to work with StreamYard. 

The files are a mix of transparent .PNG images and backgrounds. This means some of the screens will work in OBS and other streaming software if you are using their Virtual Cam feature to broadcast to StreamYard.
